Day 4- Thursdsy

what can I say about this day! decided to pamper myself ...
Breakfast: two eggs scrambled with two slices of toast ( white bread)
Lunch : Grilled chicken burrito( no cheese, sour cream) with some tortilla chips.
Dinner: Fajita pita from Jack in the box
3 glasses of red wine!! --FAIL
But I do feel nice and will be back with juice in the morning on Friday....

Day 3 , Wednesday

209.8 Pounds
A different juice today!
  • Beetroot - 1 
  • Tomato -1 
  • Celery stalks - 2- 3
  • Ginger - small piece 
  • Kale - 2 long leaves
  • Spinach- Handful
  • Water 
  • Lemon - one half
  • & a pinch of salt :)
It was yummy! I feel I can do this juice thing a lil longer! 
For lunch: Stir fried brocolli and Brussels sprout ; used very little oil and added a tsp of soy sauce. 
Dinner : Left over stir fried rolled into Chappatis(2) with a low fat chipotle sauce a lil sriracha as the kicker!

Day 2,

Still at 210 !
Started with some detoxy joe's mean green juice ... have a client meeting in the afternoon. Plan on Jamba juicing or a low cal sub .
Day two was not too bad, repeated the falafel sub instead of Jamba juice. Did the elliptical watching "archangel" part 1 for about 40 minutes.
Rice and curry for dinner, kept it vegetarian!

Day 1 - 210, slow start expected

Day 1-
At 210 pounds clocked this morning, breakfast was joe's mean green juice. Ingredients include:

  • kale
  • Celery
  • lemon juice
  • ginger
  • apple
  • cucumber
  • spinach
All above ingredients pulverized by the nutri bullet( $99 - 20% at BB&B). 11 AM - feel sad that i did not have a big brkfst! but its ok..
Bad news, a buddy landed in SJ from the east coast and meeting in the evening at a nice bar--- there goes good work down the drain. Am vulnerable and will have a  few drinks, but plan to not eat any junk..promise! 
Thinking of lunch now, ,, subway ?? or jamba juice..
Lunch update: Subway falafel sandwich (6") apparently about 400 cals.
Dinner is at a brewpub :very very bad, hope I have control. Fear is good!
No fear at dinner:(  4 beers, limited snacking and to finish it had a late night chicken sandwich( no cheese) from Jack I box. Bad Bad Bad .

Extreme week

I weigh 210 and am 5 feet 111 inches tall, on the BMI scale I am overweight and hinge edges from being obese. The good part is a few months ago I was at 220 pounds! Ten pounds were shed because of changing the way i ate ( or the stuff), exercising at least 3  times a week and cutting down on my alcohol consumption.
Planning to do an extreme week starting Sunday. No meat, only vegetarian and cutting down on processed foods.
Got the nutribullet a few weeks ago and have been regularly juicing, have been liking Joe Cross's mean green  juice!
